You can relax in our newly fitted swimming pool, there are Mountain Bikes and Fishing Equipment available for your personal use at our Villa. You can choose to enjoy the beautiful countryside and the fantastic Beach & City experience on your vacation.
Albena beach is said to be one of the best in Europe with its clean fine white sands and magnificent sea.
Albena is a Blue Flag winning resort.
Many of the Taverns and restaurants provide ecxellent entertainment.There is also a Casino and night clubs.
Albena is a safe and secure environment that provides activities for children of all ages.
The villa is located in an up and coming hot-spot for mountain bike trekking along the old pony tracks and hills in the vicinity. The scenery is stunning. There is a lake a short walk from the villa.
And if you prefer, sea angling is possible from almost anywhere along the coastline.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms that include 1 large master bedroom with king-size bed, plus x2 twin bedrooms with x2 single beds plus a third twin room with bunk beds.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fan assisted oven, microwave & fridge freezer.
Each floor has a shower room with WC.
All rooms have floor standing fans.
The balconies have wonderful surrounding views.

Obrochiste is an established village with a very friendly community and renouned for it's beauty.
Villa is close walking distance to all amenities that include mini markets bars and restaurants.
Food and wine is good quality and inexpensive whether you decide to eat in or out. There is a scenic lake near our villa where the locals are sometimes seen fishing. The village area is perfect for walks or mountain biking.
As well as being very close to Albena you will be near to the other famous resorts of Golden Sands, St Konstantine, Balchik town & and only 30 minutes from Varna, the sea capital of Bulgaria. For further details of the surrounding area click onto the links further down this page.
