Holiday Villa rental Northern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria with pool - Mountain bikes included for family use.

The location is just off the A902 coastal road so only only 5 minutes to the famous seaside resort of Albena and 15 minutes to Golden sands resort.

A privately owned, fabulous detached holiday villa set in a large established picturesque village Obrochiste

'Obroh-Cheest-a' (population approx. 3000) on the Northern Black sea coast of Bulgaria. The villa is situated close to the village centre about a 4-5 minute walk where there are numerous mini markets, local bars and restaurants, taxis and a bus service available.

There are Mountain Bikes and fishing equipment available exclusively for your personal use. There is a lake a ten minute walk from the villa.

It is a great spot for mountain bike trekking along the pony trap trails and hills in the vicinity.

The scenery is stunning and ready to be explored.

Fully equipped with, sun terrace lawns and large patio area with pool (7metres X 4 metres). We have our neighbours close by as seen in the photos, yet the position is completely private as there is a 2 meter high wall surrounding the grounds.

The villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults with plenty of space so no need for put you ups on sofa beds.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms that include 1 large master bedroom with king-size bed, plus x2 twin bedrooms with x2 single beds plus a third twin room with x 2 bunk beds.

A travel cot is available to suit a small child up to 3 years that will comfortably fit into any of the rooms.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fan assisted oven, microwave & fridge freezer and Washing machine.

Each floor has a shower room with WC.

The balconies have wonderful surrounding views

Area Description

Obrochiste is an established village with a very friendly community and renowned for it's beauty.

Our villa is a close walking distance to all amenities that include mini markets bars and restaurants.
Food and wine is good quality and inexpensive whether you decide to eat in or out. There is a scenic lake near our villa where the locals are sometimes seen fishing. The village area is perfect for walks or mountain biking.
As well as being right next to Albena, you will be near to the other famous resorts of Golden Sands, St Konstantine, Balchik town & and only 30 minutes from Dobrich town or Varna, the sea capital of Bulgaria.
Why not hire a car and soak up the scenery at your own leasure - The roads are a pleasure to drive along as there is still relatively little traffic.
