The villa is close to the Central Balkan National Park and is ideally situated for all kinds of activities,including fishing, swimming, trekking, walking, horseriding, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, birdwatching, cultural and historical sightseeing.
The villa can sleep up to nine people, it has a kitchen with all new appliances,tiled shower/toilet room, large living/dining room with woodburning stove and a open log fireplace.

The villa is situated in the Village of Cherni Osam and sur-rounded by beautiful pine and beech forests. In Cherni Osam you can marvel at the magnificent Troyan Monastery, the third largest in Bulgaria, visit the National History Museum with more than 700 exhibits. In Oreshak 5 km from the villa, there is the National Arts and Crafts Museum, the exhibition displays the works of craftsmen from all over the country, the exhibition is open 365 days a year, with a bazaar where works of Bulgarian craftsmen are on sale. Beklemento a mountain resort close to the Troyan Pass offers the County’s best biathlon and cross-country ski runs at lengths of 2 km, 3 km, 5 km, 7 km and 10 km.
And have been endorsed by the international biathlon and cross-country ski organizations FIBA and FIS, there are three lifts and three Alpine ski runs. Situated on the beautiful banks of the Beli Osum river, at the foot of the central Balkan mountain range lies the 135 year old town of Trojan, approx 20 km from the Villa, it is surrounded by majestic scenery, buried in Verdun and filled with the fragrance of wild geranium.
